About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Creative Strategist & Content Designer to support marketing, content, and brand development for a growing company.
In this role, you will help turn business goals, audience needs, customer pain points, and promotional ideas into clear, polished, and engaging content. You will work closely with leadership and team members to develop creative direction, website content, social media materials, marketing assets, presentations, and customer-facing visuals.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should be able to ask the right questions, organize ideas clearly, and create strong messaging and visuals that connect with the target audience. This is a full-time role with long-term growth potential for someone who can take ownership of creative direction, content quality, and consistent brand execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative direction for marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand materials.
- Create and refine content for websites, landing pages, social media posts, advertisements, flyers, presentations, and other marketing assets.
- Translate business goals, audience needs, and customer pain points into clear messaging and compelling visuals.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, visual quality, and tone across all creative materials.
- Collaborate with leadership to brainstorm ideas, organize messaging, and improve how products or services are presented.
- Independently manage content and design deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Coordinate with designers, developers, marketers, or other team members when needed.
Requirements
- Strong experience in creative strategy, content design, branding, digital marketing, or a related role.
Ability to understand business goals and turn them into clear creative concepts.
- Experience creating marketing assets such as social media graphics, website content, landing pages, ads, flyers, presentations, or sales materials.
Strong visual judgment, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
Excellent written English and professional communication skills.
Comfortable working remotely and aligned with U.S. business hours.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Workspace, or similar design/content tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups, agencies, service-based businesses, or growth-stage companies.
Background in digital advertising, social media marketing, or lead generation campaigns.
- Experience creating customer-facing content, sales materials, or marketing presentations.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on content and design execution.
Familiarity with brand positioning, campaign planning, or content strategy.
