About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support a U.S.-based legal client. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience independently managing personal injury cases through the pre-litigation process, from intake through demand.

You will take ownership of an active caseload, coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and attorneys, and ensure each case continues moving toward resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, confident working independently, and comfortable communicating professionally with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through demand
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide case updates in English and Spanish
  • Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case materials
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties involved in each case
  • Prepare demand packages and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding records, treatment updates, insurance matters, and case requirements
  • Maintain accurate case records, deadlines, notes, and status updates in the case management system

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on Personal Injury Case Management experience, specifically in pre-litigation
  • Proven experience independently managing and owning personal injury cases
  • Fluent or professional-level English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of the personal injury case lifecycle from intake through demand
  • Experience managing multiple active cases without constant supervision
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Experience using legal case management software or CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with U.S.-based personal injury law firms
  • Experience preparing demand packages and supporting settlement processes
  • Experience communicating with Spanish-speaking clients
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, treatment records, liens, and billing documentation
  • Familiarity with Clio, Filevine, or similar legal case management platforms
  • Experience communicating with insurance adjusters and medical providers
