About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agents based in the Philippines to support international clients across common service-based industries such as home services, real estate, professional services, local businesses, and other customer-facing sectors.

In this role, you will conduct outbound calls, qualify potential customers, and schedule appointments for the client’s sales team. Your ability to communicate clearly, follow a structured process, and stay consistent with call targets will play a key role in helping clients generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in English-speaking markets.
  • Follow provided scripts to introduce services and engage prospects professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on client criteria and customer needs.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the client’s sales or operations team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, follow-ups, and appointments.
  • Consistently meet daily activity targets and performance KPIs.
  • Represent the client’s brand with a professional, confident, and friendly tone.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
  • Comfortable making 160–250 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to consistently schedule at least 2–3 qualified appointments daily.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with performance targets.
  • Able to follow scripts, handle objections, and stay consistent with follow-ups.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
  • Background working with U.S.-based clients or remote teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, dialers, call tracking systems, or lead management platforms.
  • Experience supporting service-based businesses such as home services, real estate, healthcare, insurance, marketing agencies, or professional services.
