About the Opportunity
A remote staffing and talent solutions company is building a dedicated pool of smart, reliable, and resourceful professionals who know how to use artificial intelligence tools to support real business work.
This talent pool will be considered for future internal projects and remote opportunities with international businesses. Opportunities may be project-based, part-time, or full-time.
This is not a programming or AI engineering position. It is designed for professionals who use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Perplexity, Notion AI, Airtable, Zapier, Make, and similar platforms to improve the quality and efficiency of their work.
AI Talent Tracks
Applicants may be considered for one or more of the following areas:
AI Admin & Operations
Administrative support, documentation, SOP creation, calendar and inbox support, task management, data organization, and internal operations.
AI Marketing & Content
Social media content, captions, newsletters, blog drafts, Canva designs, campaign ideas, content calendars, and marketing support.
AI Research & Sales Support
Lead research, prospect lists, competitor research, CRM updates, outreach preparation, market research, and data cleanup.
AI Customer Support & Community
Customer responses, FAQs, onboarding support, community management, support documentation, and client communication.
AI Automation & No-Code
Simple workflows, Google Sheets systems, Zapier, Make, Airtable, forms, task automation, and process improvement.
AI Creative & Design
Canva designs, presentations, basic graphics, visual assets, thumbnails, brand templates, and creative production support.
What You May Be Doing
- Use AI tools to complete business tasks more efficiently
- Create, edit, and improve written or visual content
- Research information and organize findings clearly
- Support administrative, marketing, sales, operations, or customer service tasks
- Create documents, templates, workflows, or simple systems
- Review and improve AI-generated work before submitting it
- Learn new tools and apply them to real business needs
- Turn unclear instructions into organized and useful results
- Communicate clearly with internal teams or international clients
Requirements
- Experience using at least one AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Perplexity, Notion AI, or a similar platform
- Good written English communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to review AI-generated output instead of copying it without checking
- Willingness to complete a short role-specific skills task
- Availability for future project-based, part-time, or full-time opportunities
- An existing professional skill in administration, marketing, customer support, sales, research, operations, automation, design, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Zapier, Make, CapCut, CRM platforms, or project management tools
- Previous remote work experience
- Availability during U.S. business hours
- A portfolio, work sample, automation, or example of an AI-assisted project
- Experience supporting international businesses or clients
